I bought the sleep mat kit and universal mat. I now have deep sleep just like I used to have in my younger days. My knees have played me up for years and I can go up and down the stairs again with more energy without the fear of my knees getting injured. My knees are definitely stronger. I started to use grounding products for chronic nerve pain, I always purchase from Jen knowing I am buying a quality product. They help reduce the pain and I feel far more able to cope with every day life. The earthing strap is excellent for soothing my nerve pain but, and this is why I only gave 4 stars, I don’t like being attached to the earth by wires (I need two joined straps for my thighs so two separate cords to connect). Otherwise it is excellent.
