I saw an interview with Clint Ober last year.. I was having an aching pain in my hand it was mainly my right thumb joint it would ache a lot , and was making it difficult for me to lift heavy things like the kettle I also found it hard to start the car and had to use both hands to turn the key in the ignition. ! I thought I’d see if I could buy some products I found the Earthing Revolution website and thought I’d order an earthing mat and an also bed sheet . They arrived the next day . I sat with my hands on the mat I was amazed the aching seemed to be so much less , and the next day after sleeping on the bed sheet I had more energy my thumb joint pain got better and after a couple of days had completely gone !

I bought the sleep mat kit and universal mat. I now have deep sleep just like I used to have in my younger days. My knees have played me up for years and I can go up and down the stairs again with more energy without the fear of my knees getting injured. My knees are definitely stronger. I’ll never be without my grounding equipment now! Fantastic!!
